Privacy Policy

GlassFlow AI ("GlassFlow," "we," "us") is software that window tint and glass shops ("Shops") use to answer quote requests, send proposals, take deposits, schedule appointments and text their customers. This policy covers glassflowapp.com, the GlassFlow app, and the quote forms, links and text messages we provide for Shops.

When you request a quote or book with a Shop through GlassFlow, that Shop is the business you're dealing with, and we handle your information on its behalf to provide the service.

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile phone number, email and address.
• Details about your job: vehicle or building, windows and measurements, photos, film choices and notes.
• Messages you send to or receive from a Shop by text, email or our website.
• Appointment, proposal, signature, invoice and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Visit details: the page you used, time, browser and device type, and the ad or site that sent you.
• A record of the texting consent you gave: the exact wording shown and when you agreed.
• For Shop staff with GlassFlow accounts: account, team, schedule and payroll information entered by the Shop.

• To send your quote request to the Shop and help it reply, price, schedule and complete your job.
• To send texts and emails about your quote, proposal, deposit, appointment, installer arrival, invoice and warranty.
• To send follow-ups and occasional offers from the Shop, when you've agreed to receive them.
• To draft or send replies with the Shop's AI assistant, which the Shop's staff can review and take over.
• To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, fix problems and improve GlassFlow.

If you give your mobile number on a quote form and agree to receive texts, the Shop (through GlassFlow) may text you about your quote and appointment, including follow-ups and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. After STOP, you won't get any more automated texts unless you sign up again. You can also contact us at hi@glassflowapp.com.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging carriers) solely to send them.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With the Shop you contacted, and its staff and installers working on your job.
• With service providers that run GlassFlow for us, such as hosting and database, payments (Stripe), text messaging (Twilio, Dialpad), email delivery, maps and AI services that help draft replies. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• With advertising platforms, only to report that a quote request happened. We don't send them your name, email or phone number.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, a Shop, GlassFlow or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy.

We keep job and customer records for as long as the Shop uses GlassFlow and as needed for warranties, accounting and legal requirements. Records of your texting consent and opt-outs are kept so we can honor them.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

• Stop texts any time by replying STOP.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the Shop or emailing us. We may keep what we're legally required to keep.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.

GlassFlow isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be posted here before they take effect.
